Sports massage is a form of deep tissue massage, used to manipulate soft tissue including muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

Sports massage is beneficial not only people who participate in sports, but also anyone who suffers from muscle or joint pain. Over fifty percent of my sports massage client base do not train or play sport, but experience joint or muscle pain caused by lifestyle. Sitting at a desk or in a car for long periods of time, carrying young children regularly, physical labour, or poor posture from a historic injury, all contribute to joint or muscle pain.

A combination of sports massage sessions, and my professional aftercare advice, will help to relieve the pain and provide you with the knowledge of how best to maintain physical health and functionality.

Session details

Sessions are carried out in a treatment room at Colosseum Gym Cardiff. The length of the session will vary depending on the issue you have, and how many muscle groups we are working on.

Initial sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes, which will allow us to complete contact forms, initial assessment, and agree the treatment plan and outcome expectations.

  • 30 minutes - £20
  • 60 minutes - £30
  • 90 minutes - £40
  • 120 minutes - £50
  • 4 x 60 minute sessions £100 (to be paid on the 1st session)
  • Other block booking duration are available on request
Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation fee
