Action Number Two
If you don't already have one, create an account on MyFitnessPal. This is a website and app that allows you to track all of your calorie intake. 'Click Here'
Once you have created your account, you will need to follow the steps below for me to view your input 1) Menu > Settings > Sharing and Privacy > Diary Sharing > Friends Only 2) Menu > Friends > Add > Email > MFP USername: GJPTSM
Action Number three
Join the members Facebook group and make a post to say hi. Let us know a bit about you and what your goals are. This group is great for peer to peer support. 'Click Here'
Action Number four
You will need to take some 'before' photos. I understand this can sometimes be an uncomfortable process, but its is an essential tracking tool that we will both need to gauge progress. Its not uncommon for people to lose body fat and become leaner, but still weigh the same on he scales. Progress photos are a one of the most accurate measurements of change, and also a great motivator to help you see why you want to make a change.
Your photos will be stored on a password encrypted file, and will be be seen by anyone other than me or you, unless you decide to share them!
There are a few simple rules to follow to make this simple:-
First of all, try and get a partner or friend to take the photos. If you cannot, then you can use a phone holder tripod with a timer, or make sure you use a full size mirror.
Photos should be taken in swimwear
Use a neutral colour wall or door as a background
Make sure are well lit from the front.
You will need to take 4 photos each time. a) Front facing b) Side facing with arms by your side c) Side facing with arms out like a mummy d) From the back
Make sure you use the same clothing and lighting for all the photos, now, and in the future.
Action Number five
I will be adding you to my Trainerize account. This is an app that will provide you with your plan, workouts and instructional videos for all the exercises. You will receive an email from them inviting you to create an account. Once you have done this, you can download the app and view your plan as I build it.
